Hours: 8am-
10pm

Day to Labor Day
· Pool hours
will be strictly enforced to respect the surrounding neighbors.
· A Walnut
Run member must accompany all guests. Guests without an accompanying member
will be asked to leave immediately.
· No food or
drink in the pool. Please utilize the provided tables.
· No glass.
Please bring plastic containers or purchase aluminum cans.
· An adult
must accompany children under the age of 16.
· Upon
departure, please dispose of all garbage and remove all swim materials.
· No
clothing or towels draped over the fence.
· All small
children must wear “swim diapers” when applicable.
· Anyone
caught trespassing or jumping the fence will be prosecuted.
· Guests are
limited to (4) four per visit. Because of limited seating, Walnut Run members
receive first priority. Please be courteous.
· Please
close all umbrellas after use.
· The
telephone at the pool will only dial 911. If you pick up the phone to dial out,
the police will come.
· No pets.
Pool
Reservation Procedure
The Association will allow the pool to be reserved for a $50
rental fee.
The Association requires (2) two weeks notice and rental fee
to place the reservation with a maximum of (3) three reservations per household
this summer.
Functions may be held Monday-Friday between the hours of 5
pm and 9 pm not to exceed (3) three hours. The Association will not accept
reservations during Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.
The pool and surrounding area must be clean and damage free
upon departure to avoid risk of loosing access for the remainder of the season.
No lifeguard will be provided. Homeowners reserving the pool
will assume all liability for themselves and their guests.
